We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your registration fee via credit card, generate your event confirmation information and create name badges for both the reception and conference.

Each year our attendee list is provided to all registered guests on the day of the day of the conference. If you do not wish your information to be included in this material, please send us an email with your contact information and we will remove you from the published list.

• To allow us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your request, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date.
