Also, two copies of the company's plan MUST accompany this application. Companies are invited to submit basic financial data, but details are not required. Our panel of judges will not disclose any information labeled "confidential" by any applicant.

The information supplied on this application is used to evaluate nominated companies. Should your company's application be accepted, the information provided on this form will be used to develop your company's profile which is published in the event program. All areas of this application must be completed in full.
