Hotel Accommodations for Early Stage East 2002
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttle transportation will be available from these hotels. To receive complimentary shuttle service, you must complete an online request for shuttle transportation to and from the reception and conference. Complimentary shuttles are also provided to and from the train station to the reception and conference with no online request required. Mention that you are with the Early Stage East Conference to receive the conference discount at any of the hotels listed below.

Reminder: Return shuttle service to the hotel on the day of the conference is not provided. Please plan to check out in the morning and bring your luggage to the conference with you. A secured area for your personal property will be provided.
Coordinating transportation to the Philadelphia Airport is the responsibility of the individual attendee and is not provided through ESE 2002. For airport shuttle transportation, call Delaware Express Shuttle, at 302-454-7800. There will be complimentary shuttle service on Tuesday, June 18th to and from the Wilmington Train Station from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. and from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m.
