Early Stage East (ESE) presented the Bio Life Tech 2005 Venture Conference attracting 225+ investors, entrepreneurs, and service providers on September 13 & 14 at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore, MD.

Investors and money managers from venture funds and financial institutions, representing the East Coast, viewed 19 of the most innovative early stage bio life science companies on the East Coast. The dynamic presentations led to follow-up meetings with investors.

Pepper Hamilton Supports 4th Annual Bio Life Tech Venture Conference

Pepper Hamilton has been a long time sponsor of Early Stage East and when recently asked, “Why does Pepper Hamilton LLP support Early Stage East and Bio Life Tech?” Jeff Libson, the Chair of Pepper’s life sciences practice said, “Because ESE has been instrumental in supporting, showcasing and championing early stage companies since 1998.

Libson, who co-chaired the first BLT conference in 2003, added “These companies are the future of the life sciences industry in our region, and it’s exciting to help them reach their full potential.
